Bethlehem Baptist Church will be hosting a Trunk or Treat on Thursday, October 30, 2014, from 5:00 p.m.-8:00 p.m.  They will have hot dogs, popcorn, cotton candy and hot chocolate.  There will be a bounce house, obstacle course, corn hole, hay maze, wrap rival, sack race, football toss, face painting, salvation booth, cake walk, picture booth, hay rides and door prizes.  Singing by Dallas West at 6:00 p.m.  Please wear school, church and family friendly costumes.
Low Gap Baptist Church will be hosting a Trunk or Treat and Hallelujah Party on Friday, October 31, 2014, beginning at 5:00 p.m.  Pastor James Taylor and the congregation invite everyone for an evening of fun and fellowship.
Fairview Church will be having a fundraising sale Friday and Saturday, October 31 and November 1, 2014, from 9:00 a.m.-2:00 p.m.  There will be lots of handmade crafts, Christmas items, and clothing. It will be at the Fairview Church under the picnic shelter.  Saturday evening they will have a Community Fall Festival from 6:00 p.m.-9:00 p.m.  They will have hot dogs, games, face painting, a photo booth, bounce houses, and hayrides.  The community is invited to join them for some fall fun and good fellowship.
Winfield Baptist Church, 180 New Light Road, Winfield, will be having a giant coat give away, Saturday, November 1, 2014, starting at 9:00 a.m. and ending at 12:30 p.m. Everyone is welcome.  Come grab a winter coat and let your friends know to come grab one for themselves, too.  Don't be left out in the cold unprepared.
There will be a singing at East Robbins Baptist Church on Saturday, November 1, 2014, at 6:00 p.m.  Featured singers will be Mountain Gospel from La Follette and Shepherd's Way.  Everyone is invited to come.  Brother Wendell Garrett is pastor.
There will be a benefit singing Saturday, November 1, 2014, at 7:00 p.m. at West Oneida Baptist Church to help Billy Duncan and Aliesha Nelson whose baby was born prematurely and still at U.T. Hospital.  Singers will be Samantha Tucker, Witnesses for Jesus and the West Oneida Youth Choir.  Everyone is invited to attend.
The Chimney Rock Singers will be at Grave Hill United Baptist Church on Sunday, November 3, 2014, at 10:00 a.m.  Don Kidd is pastor and invites everyone to attend.
Elgin Church of Christ will be having Family and Friends Homecoming on Sunday, November 2, 2014. Jim Day, of Okeechobee, Florida and former preacher at Elgin, will be speaking on the theme: "Conquering our Giants" at the 10:00 a.m., 11:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. services.  A potluck dinner will follow the 11:00 a.m. service.  Everyone is invited to come.  You will be our honored guest.  For more information, please call Stan Day at (423) 627-4423.
The Melodies will be singing at Slick Rock Baptist Church on Saturday, November 1, 2014, at 7:00 p.m.  Brother Ben Coffey and Singers will be singing on Sunday, November 2, 2014, at 10:00 a.m.  Everyone is invited to attend.  Michael Massengale is pastor.

Brother Tim Inklebarger will be preaching at New Light United Baptist Church in Winfield on Saturday, November 8, 2014, at 7:00 p.m.  Pastor Larry Fults and the church invite everyone to attend.
Stand in the Gap Coalition invites Tennessee to meet at 12:00 p.m., Saturday, November 8, 2014, at exit 141 on I-75 in Caryville to “Stand at the Cross”. This will be an historic prayer walk asking God’s help in the massive drug epidemic affecting our region. People are invited from all walks of life to join this 1.5 mile prayer walk to the foot of the 100-foot cross on I-75 at Exit 141.  Once at the cross there will be prayers and a program. Drugs in East Tennessee are affecting virtually every family in our region.  There will be bus service for those who cannot walk. For more information call  (423) 300-1302.
The Daltons will be in concert at Macedonia Christian Center on Sunday, November 9, 2014.  Services will begin at 7:00 p.m.  Pastor Ronnie Duncan and the congregation invite everyone to attend.
Grace Creation Ministries will be hosting their 2014 Grace Conference beginning November 7, 2014, and going through November 9, 2014.  Services will be at 7:00 p.m. each evening with an additional service on Sunday at 10:30 a.m.  Jordan Orick will be the  guest speaker.  Pastors Tony & Karen Orick invite everyone to attend.  The church is located at 2096 North Alberta St. in Oneida.
A Southern Gospel Concert will be held at Bethlehem Baptist Church in Oneida on Friday, November 14, 2014, at 7:00 p.m.  Featured will be the Singing Hambys of Helenwood and special guests the Diplomats from Carrollton, Georgia.  Come join the Hambys as they celebrate 75 years of continual gospel music ministry.  Starting in 1939, with their grandfather Ernest Hamby and the Oneida-Winsett Quartet, until now with the present group in 2014.
