Sims Crowned Little Miss FOF

 

            Oneida, TN (2010-08-23) Monday night at the 84th Annual Scott County Fair Ayla Elizabeth Sims of Winfield was crowned the Little Miss Fairest of the Fair.

            Sims, the 4-year-old daughter of Matt and Jordan Sims of Winfield, was chosen from a field of 18 contestants vying for the title, becoming the 42nd winner in the pageant’s history.  Ayla, a Pre-Kindergarten student at Oneida Elementary School, was sponsored by Kidd Construction of Winfield.

            Brooklyn Faith Smith, the 4-year-old daughter of Mark and Joyce Smith of Winfield, was selected 1st runner up.  A Pre-Kindergarten student at Winfield Elementary School, Brooklyn was sponsored by Cut Above The Rest.

            Alyssa West, the 4-year-old daughter of Mark and Keisha Chitwood and Brandon West, was chosen 2nd runner up.  A head start student at Winfield Head Start, Alyssa was sponsored by South Fork Towing.

            Contestants in the top five Monday night were:  Kenlee Mistell Duncan, the 5-year-old daughter of Tara Douglas and Darren Duncan of Winfield; and Olivia Michelle Rector, the 5-year-old daughter of Scott and Melissa Rector of Oneida.

            Top ten contestants included:  Shannon Grace Baird, the 5-year-old daughter of David and Amber Baird; Jenna Haylea Byrge, the 5-year-old daughter of Jenny West and Patrick Byrge; Lilli Grace Krahn; the 4-year-old daughter of Kyle and Crystal Krahn; Shyanne Smith, the 4-year-old daughter of Shane and Brandi Smith; and Prayleigh Kay Welch, 4-year-old daughter of Lacey and Corey Strunk and Devin Welch.
